By submitting artist information and portfolio to heartstarkart.org, you are giving us your express permission to use the provided information (including all images, audio, or other content that you supply) on the site for the sole purpose of promoting your work online. Artists featured on heartstarkart.org retain all copyrights to their work at all times. If you would like to have your work removed, please contact us according to our Privacy Policy, below.
Your submission certifies to us that ALL information submitted to heartstarkart.org is your solitary, original work and that you are not violating copyright laws or regulations by submitting it for promotion on this website. If the work was a collaboration of two or more artists, you must submit all such joint work under each of the multiple artists’ names as a collaborative portfolio and by submitting you certify that you have obtained full consent and permission from all artists involved in the project for heartstarkart.org to showcase the work.
By submitting your artist portfolio, you release heartstarkart.org and its creators from any and all wrongdoing, liability, legal entanglements, imprisonment, copyright infringement, financial malfeasance which might occur while participating in this free online promotional site. Your participation certifies that you are aware that participation in this program is strictly voluntary and you acknowledge freely chose to participate.
